Arthur Fong

Arthur has over 3 decades of banking experience, of which 30 years was in the area of Private Banking. Prior to joining One Heritage as the CEO in Sept 22, he was a managing director at Schroder & Co (Asia) Limited.

He was also the Managing Director and Greater China Market Head at Bank of Singapore and held leadership roles at global private banks including UBS, Credit Suisse and Citigroup Private Bank.

In 2014, Arthur was conferred the title of “IBF Fellow” by Institute of Banking & Finance. The title recognizes the contribution of key practitioners and thought leaders in the industry.

Arthur had previously served 3 terms as an elected Member of the Singapore Parliament. He also serves on the professional curriculum review panel at the SMU’s Masters of Science in Wealth Management Program and he is also an active contributor to the Certified Private Banker certification programs at Temasek’s Wealth Management Institute.
