Our Philosophy

Joe Hui, the Founder of One Heritage Capital Management (Singapore), is responsible for the corporate strategies, development and management affairs of the firm. He has 17 years of experience in private banking, brokerage and asset management.

Prior to One Heritage, Joe used to be in the investment department of a global private bank, a director of a Hong Kong-listed asset management company, and was also a lecturer in corporate management consulting at a university. 

Jay Roberts has 17 years of experience in private banking, brokerage, and asset management.

Jay joined One Heritage Capital Management in 2022 and serves as Chief Investment Officer. He brings extensive experience in investment strategy, portfolio management, investment team building, and client engagement. Jay has advised HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices and institutions across Asia.

Previously, Jay worked in various divisions of the Royal Bank of Canada from 2005 to 2019, most recently as the Head of Investment Solutions & Products, Hong Kong. He was an independent wealth management consultant from 2019 to 2022, providing consultancy services to UHNW investors.

Jay has an undergraduate degree in Chinese and Law from SOAS, University of London, UK, and an International Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, York University, Toronto, Canada. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts. 

Leonard Yong has 18 years of experience in the private banking and wealth management sector.

He was appointed as an Executive Director at both Bank of Singapore and Julius Baer. He served as Cluster Head at Bank of Singapore where he helmed a small team of private bankers.

He had also worked at BNP Paribas Wealth Management and ANZ Private Bank. He had served Forbes, UHNW and HNW clients across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Prior to joining the banking industry, Leonard worked in the sports sponsorship & marketing industry, during which he had structured multi-million sponsorship deals with MNCs.

Yau Poh Wah joined One Heritage Capital Management (Singapore) as a Director with 25 years of Private Banking experience, focusing on providing investment solutions to UHNW clients. 

Poh Wah began her career at Merrill Lynch International Bank. In 2001, she joined and spent 21 years in Citi Private Bank before joining Standard Chartered Private Bank for a year. 

Having experienced various economic cycles, Poh Wah understands the importance of balancing the clients’ portfolio risk and reward, as well as the beauty of asset allocation.

Stanley Teo brings 18 years of wealth management experience to One Heritage Capital Management. He has held stints in various banks such as Citibank, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, and his most recent role was Senior Vice President in UOB Private Banking. 

Stanley provides his HNW clients with advice and recommendations and builds strong connections with them through regular communication. He was awarded Outstanding Private Banker at Standard Chartered Bank and was a finalist for a Wealthbriefing Asia Award. 

Prior to joining the banking industry, Stanley started his career as a uniformed officer in the Singapore Police Force.

Nicholas has strong investment background and deep understanding of the markets. He started his career as an Equities trader. Later, he joined a boutique European Private Bank to start and head their Trading and Investment Advisory team. Leveraging on his strong networks and market knowledge, he built a strong team of investment advisors supporting relationship managers who are based in Singapore and Dubai.

He joined different Private banks ABN Amro, HSBC and DBS later in his career before joining One Heritage family in early 2024. Bringing with him the networks and experience, he is definitely a great addition to the team.

Marian is a pioneer in the Wealth Management business for more than 40 years.  She is a successful and well-respected veteran in the Asian Private Banking industry.

She started her career in 1984 with American Express Bank and rose to her level of Executive Director/Team Head, managing a team covering North Asia.  Marian continued in her role after Standard Chartered Private Bank’s acquisition of American Express Bank in 2008.

She left Standard Chartered Private Bank and joined Bank of Singapore in 2017 managing a team of Relationship Managers in the North Asia market. 

Prior to joining One Heritage, she was at BNP and CA Indosuez.
